Nowadays, the industry requires more than just injection-molded parts. There is a growing demand for pre-assembled or complete component assemblies. In addition to fully automatic overmolding of inserts, all further work, such as manual and automated installation, gluing, welding and casting, is carried out within our group. Our in-house specialists and the specialists at our subsidiaries in Barchfeld (in Thuringia) and Asia make us a much sought-after outsourcing partner. This means that each part is tested for mechanical and electrical function, depending on the design and requirements.

For special installations, we work efficiently and cost-effectively with customer-specific installation devices or automation equipment. Of course, the installation of component assemblies is also subject to our quality management with functional tests and all the other tests specified in the delivery agreements.
