The design department of our toolmaking department plays a key role in this. Supported by modern 3D CAD/CAM systems, the technical implementation of the component data in molds and tools takes place here. This work is supported by 3D visualization of the mechanical functions and simulation of the filling process.
Our constant readiness to invest in state-of-the-art machine technologies and a growing pool of skilled metal workers enable us to manufacture high-quality tools and molds. The close cooperation between design and tool making permits the perfect coordination of all processes quickly and on schedule.
9-axis turning centers and 5-axis milling centers, including stamping and bending machines for machining production are available.
In addition to our plastic injection-molded parts, we also manufacture serial parts from metal. Many of these metal parts are then overmolded with plastic in our injection molding manufacturing facility.
